On Friday 4th October, Year 5 were visited by 'Villa Vitality'. Paul and Claire taught us all about how exercise keeps us healthy (but can be fun too!) and also what makes up a healthy, balanced diet!
In 6 weeks time, we will be visiting the Aston Villa football ground, to take part in radio interviews, use their children's gym, cook a healthy meal and we will even get a chance to go onto the football pitch - we can't wait!
Before we do that though, we have to complete a healthy challenge every week. This week is to eat 5 portions of fruit or veg a day - do you think we can do it?
