1) Create a map of a local habitat. This could be your garden, a part of the park, outside on the street. Mark on the map any environmental dangers to living things.

2) Create a poster of ideas to help the local habitat. This is might be more litter bins, a litter collection.

Autumn 2 Topic Overview 

Blakesley Hall
What a fantastic trip we had at Blakesley Hall. We were met by our guide Penny and started the day with a tour of the house. We explored what it was like to be a rich Tudor compared to a poor Tudor. David B became the owner of the house Sir Richard Smallbrook and Shyla was his wife Elizabeth and their servants were Kishan and Jamar. We visited the kitchen, dining room and saw the difference between the servants and The Lord and Lady's bedroom. In the afternoon we did activities including writing with a quill and exploring a how a Tudor house was built.  

Baptism Role Plays

Today we role played the Rite of Baptism. We thought about the importance of the symbols of Holy Water, the white garment, the anointing with oil and the candle. We were very respectful priests, parents, Godparents and members of the congregation
